This privacy statement was drawn up in accordance with the GDPR regulations for "Flexisport".
PERSONAL DATA THAT IS PROCESSED
Flexisport can process personal data about you, because you use the services of Flexisport and/or because you provide it to Flexisport yourself when filling out a contact form on the website. Flexisport may process the following personal data:

- Message
Flexisport also requests the following data when placing an order:
- Company name, if applicable
- Your first and last name
- Your address details
- Your telephone number
- Your email address
- Desired attraction
- Desired rental date
- The delivery address

Why does Flexisport need personal data?
Flexisport processes your personal data in order to be able to reach you by email or by telephone/mobile phone in order to answer your questions or comments and to be able to provide an explanation.
Flexisport may also use your personal data in the context of executing an agreement concluded with you, usually a rental of an attraction or a team event.
The data from the registration form is required in order to be able to process your request as correctly and quickly as possible.
Flexisport can also send a newsletter to its customers several times a year. Customers have the opportunity to unsubscribe via a link at the bottom of the e-mail. The content of the newsletters concerns a (re)new(ed) offer and more advantageous prices.
How long does Flexisport store your data?
Flexisport does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the goals for which your data is collected. Your data will not be stored for longer than one year if no agreement is reached with you.
Sharing your data
Flexisport only provides your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of an agreement with you, or to comply with a legal obligation.
Your web visit mapped
General visitor data is kept on the Flexisport website, including the IP address of your computer and the time of the request and data that your browser sends.
In addition, it is kept track of which orders customers make.
This data is used for analyses of visitor and click behaviour on the website. Flexisport uses this information to improve the functioning of the website. This data is anonymised as much as possible and is never provided to third parties.
Google analytics
Flexisport uses Google Analytics to track how users use the website and how effective Flexisport's Adwords advertisements are on Google search result pages.
The information thus obtained, including the address of your computer (IP address), is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google uses this information to track how our website is used, to be able to provide reports about the Website to Flexisport and to be able to offer its advertisers information about the effectiveness of their campaigns.
Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or to the extent that these third parties process the information on behalf of Google.
Flexisport has no influence on this.
Flexisport has not given Google permission to use Analytics information obtained via Flexisport for other Google services.
Social media
Flexisport uses the external service SHARE THIS (www.sharethis) to implement social buttons from Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google plus, etc. in the site. Share This declares to be GDPR compliant.
COOKIES
Flexisport uses its own, functional cookies to make the website functional. In addition, there are cookies from other parties, including Google Ads, Google Analytics and social media.
PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS
For Flexisport.be, security is of the utmost importance. Payment transactions are processed via the services of Argenta. All of your data that they process is guaranteed to be stored on Dutch servers. These servers are located in extremely secure data centers, supervised by their specialized NOC team. They comply with all Guidelines for the security of internet payments, drawn up by the European Banking Authority. They are also permanently supervised by De Nederlandsche Bank. View, review and adjust your data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for access, correction or deletion to info@flexisport.be, attn. Tom Everaet. Flexisport will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
Security
Flexisport takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. The Flexisport website uses a reliable SSL Certificate to ensure that your personal data does not fall into the wrong hands. (not yet in order I think)
