We deliver and pick up the bouncy castle, in case of issues, we are reachable during your event by phone. We are also insured against common accidents and injuries.

Rain cancellation = credit voucher with a validity of 6 months.

Other cancellations = Free cancellation of the reservation of Castle up to 20 days before the starting date, between 20 and 10 days before the starting date 50% will be charged, cancellation shorter than 10 days before starting date will result in a full charge.
